💜✨ HI FRIENDS! LET ME RE-INTRODUCE MYSELF! ✨💜

If you’re new here, WELCOME! I’m Sarah, the one-woman show behind SG Designs! I’ve been creating since 2019 and I’m located right here in Bryan, TX. I recently rebranded, so if the name looks a little different — yep, it’s still me!

I create all kinds of custom & personalized items, with memorial pieces and school spirit items being some of my most popular. But around here, if you can think of it… we can probably make it! I LOVE new ideas and bringing your visions to life!

You may have also seen me around town at local markets with ready-to-purchase goodies. And just a reminder — everything I offer can be ordered YEAR-ROUND! It doesn’t have to be “in season” or something I recently posted.

Everything is made by ONE person — ME! From creating to packaging, it’s all done with love, just for YOU.

Here’s our Processing Time Schedule for this week! 🗓️

I’m going to try my best to post an updated schedule each week so you’ll know which days I’m OPEN and which days I’m OFF.

When placing your order, I’ll also give you an estimated processing time. Processing times can vary depending on the item, order size, amount of work needed, AND my current order volume. Some weeks are busier than others, so turnaround times may change.

📌 IMPORTANT: If I give you a processing time of 1–2 business days, OFF days are NOT included. My business days are the days I’m open and working, which may sometimes include weekends.

💳 PAYMENT & ORDER QUEUE:
Your order is NOT added to my order queue until payment has been received. I offer several different payment options for your convenience. If you prefer to pay with cash, that’s perfectly fine too, but payment will still need to be received before I begin processing your order.

Because most of what I make is personalized or custom-made specifically for YOU, I can’t always turn around and resell an item if it isn’t paid for. Materials and supplies also have to be purchased and used to complete each order. Requiring payment upfront helps protect my small business from taking those losses and allows me to continue doing what I love.

I completely understand that paying before receiving an item can sometimes make people nervous, but please know I have completed MANY orders for MANY amazing customers. This is simply how I run my business and keep things running smoothly. I kindly ask that you respect my payment policy just as I will always respect your order and the money you’ve trusted me with.

I absolutely LOVE what I do and appreciate every single order, but being a small, home-based business doesn’t mean I’m available or working 7 days a week. Please be respectful of my scheduled days off so I can recharge, spend time with my family, and come back ready to create!

❌️ Need it sooner? Rush orders may be available for an additional fee, depending on my schedule and current order volume. ❌️
