I hate to have to do this, but a few of us small business owners discussed yesterday that we will be reminding our customers of the following:

All sales are final. Unless there is something brought to our attention the day you pickup and it is truly a defect on our part (not that you didn’t like the color you chose or it’s the wrong size- we are always transparent about the color scheme, brand & verify sometimes double verifying the order).

Color schemes and branding. Please understand that if you choose a brand we do not offer, this is also a custom order & we cannot guarantee color matching with mixed brands. We will always recommend a white when mixing brands to have the closest possible match.

Design. When you order a custom design that we digitally create on our own in house, we include this charge within your quote. We will always send a mockup sometimes several
To give you the exact image that will be printed and placed on your shirt for approval before printing. Once your image is printed it cannot be changed or altered. Any changes will result in a $5 charge per image to reprint.

Our small shop is holding a tshirt fundraiser for my cousin, Erica, as her 4-year old daughter Bryn was diagnosed with Acute Lymphoblastic Leukemia with a rare mutation which is making it very hard for doctors to treat currently.

This is no call a parent ever wants to get. But right now their priority is being with Bryn every step of the way to ensure she remains strong and resilient! We want to help by raising donations to help lift any financial stress off the family during this difficult time.

If you’d like to donate and support Bryn and her journey, we’d love to show her how much love there is in our community by getting one of these shirts (designed with Bryn! “Pink”) on as many people as we can while helping this family!

Any customer with an order ready for pickup, our driveway is cleared and street has been plowed. Please be careful if you are heading out!

Also... We will be having a pickup in Williamsville for any Buffalo orders on Saturday at 9:30am on Transit and Wherle for anyone who places an order and needs a Northtown pickup. Please designate "Saturday 9:30am" in your notes of checkout!
