A few weeks ago, Krista posted that she was looking for volunteers for portfolio mini sessions. She shared a list of shoot ideas she wanted to build her portfolio around, and one immediately caught our attention:

🖤 Best Friends.

So we reached out.

We told her about the coven, our friendship, our business, and how this whole crazy adventure started with two women deciding they deserved more out of life.

Her response?

“Let’s do it.”

What started as a best friend session quickly became something so much more. Krista took her time helping us feel comfortable, giving us poses, hyping us up, and capturing the friendship that built this business from the ground up. The girl-power, ride-or-die, soul-sister energy was real.

Then came the part that made our hearts swell…

We got to proudly show off our 716 Coven & Company logo.

Sixteen months ago, this business was just an idea. A dream. A distraction from some really hard chapters. Today, it’s becoming exactly what we hoped it could be—a community, a sisterhood, a safe space, and a reminder that women can build incredible things when they support one another.

We are so incredibly proud of how far we’ve come.

And we’re beyond grateful to Krista for helping us capture this chapter of our story.

What a day at Buffalo Holiday Market Mother’s Day Market 🌷✨
The location at Front Park was AMAZING!!!

The SUN showed up, the crowds showed up, and honestly… so did the magic.

Today was packed in the best way possible. So many amazing vendors, so much love, and such an incredible turnout for Buffalo’s small business community. We had such a great day seeing our vendor buddies, meeting new friends, sharing our products, and soaking in the energy.

We got a great surprise visit and got our hug 🫂💗💜✨ We had a much-needed catch up that filled our hearts more than words can explain 🙌🏻

Thank you to everyone who stopped by, shopped small, shared a laugh, gave a compliment, or simply showed love to the Coven today. Buffalo really is something special. 🖤✨

The Coven’s been a little quiet lately… not because we stopped creating, but because life came in swinging. But one thing about us? We rise anyway. ✨

Even with chaos, exhaustion, and everything in between… We’re really damn proud of how it all came together for today.

The magic is flowing. The vibes are witchy as hell.
And today we’re at the Mother’s Day Market from 11–5! 🌙✨ 121 Porter Ave. Buffalo NY at Front Park 🙌🏻

Come shop small. Come say hi. Come give us a hug because truthfully… we could use one.
And thank you for sticking with us through all of it. The Coven isn’t going anywhere. 🔥

The Mother’s Day Market is MOVING!! 💐🎉

We are beyond excited to announce that this year’s market will now be held at Front Park, 121 Porter Avenue 🌿🌷

Nestled within the historic Olmsted park system, Front Park is one of Buffalo’s most beautiful green spaces—designed with the timeless vision of Frederick Law Olmsted 🌳✨ With its sweeping lawns, mature trees, and peaceful open landscape, it creates the perfect backdrop for a spring celebration filled with community, creativity, and connection.

This new location brings a huge opportunity for growth and expansion 💕 allowing us to welcome MORE vendors, MORE small businesses, and create an even more vibrant shopping experience right along the Buffalo waterfront 🛍️🌊

We are so grateful for how far this market has come, and we cannot wait to celebrate Mother’s Day surrounded by nature, local makers, sunshine, and all the beauty this incredible park has to offer 💐💛
