The Summer Training Program is designed to help meet your distance or speed goals for the fall. This program includes coaches, supportive runners, a flexible training plan and more! Get ready to run! Join our Summer Training Program to improve your running journey. Our 12 week training program is geared towards runners that want to run further or faster for either a 5K or half marathon distance. This program includes speed/group workouts with a coach, a flexible workout plan, an in-store special voucher to purchase gear, supportive participants and more. We will be starting July 9th and continue until October 1. We are the official training program for the Mighty Niagara Half Marathon & 5K. Sign up by July 9th to receive a technical short sleeve top.

Join us July 11th for a Summer of Long Runs with The Fleet Feet Pacers. Starting at 8:15AM on Saturday, July 11th, we will be hosting Pace Runs for folks to do long runs. We welcome Pacers, Liana Tierney, Paul Meka and Petrina Bursie who will be doing 10, 11 or 12 minute miles leading you through the route at those paces. This is open to the public. Routes will be provided. Come join us for Group Pace Runs!

Our next Pub Run is almost upon us featuring New Balance! There will be demos of the New Balance 1080 v15 and 860 v15 to tryout for the duration of the run. We will be meeting on location at Fattey Beer Company, 3116 Delaware Ave, Kenmore, NY 14217 at 6pm. Kickoff the holiday weekend with us.
