— Being quarantined means more time for self-reflecting. Your qualities, skills, talents, & creativity bring out your inner-badass.
It’s clear how many small businesses are hurting right now. But don’t forget the “why” about starting your journey.
Seeing how much fear & panic has been created is influencing our society to feel uneasy. Changing your perspective will eliminate the anxiety (or at least decrease it!) Your direction on what you can control along with your happiness is priority.
In the mean time, Get Hygge With it! Here’s tips on how to slow down & enjoy what’s around you:
✨The Tiger King on Netflix. The music videos will not disappoint.
✨ Bust out a puzzle, your favorite playlist & a drink
✨ Take a bath, 20-30 mins of you time!
✨ Walk to a friends house if they are close & leave them a surprise.
✨ Light ALL the candles. Eliminating overhead lights sets the mood of comfort
✨ Slippers, a great mug, a book, & a melt-into blanket
✨ Bake some bread or desserts (or both!)
✨ MOVE YOUR BODY. At home workouts are a game changer. Loving & for keeping me sane!
✨ Take time out of each day to pray, mediate, journal or however you like to take a step back & take in the beautiful life you’re living
