Just a reminder that our regular yoga classes with The Yoga Spot are happening every week!

Thursdays at 5pm is Yin Yoga
Fridays at 4pm is Slow Flow Yoga
$15/class

Additionally we have a special summer "River Series" going on and the next class will be this Saturday at 10:30am. Cost for this class is $20. I will be doing a separate post on this with more information.
