THIS! - Being a businesswoman who chooses to build on faith means understanding that not every season will look like growth. Some seasons will feel slow, uncertain, uncomfortable, and downright hard. There will be moments when you question the vision, wonder if you’re on the right path, and feel the weight of everything you’re carrying. But I’m learning that just because I can’t see what God is doing doesn’t mean He isn’t working. Sometimes the quiet seasons are where He is doing the deepest work not just in the business, but in me. 🤎

Pressure has a purpose. 💎 A diamond doesn’t become a diamond without being formed under pressure, and I believe the same can be true for us. Every successful person has had to walk through seasons that stretched them, humbled them, challenged them, and required them to keep going when the outcome wasn’t guaranteed. And when you choose to trust God with your business, you have to trust Him with the process too. He may be shaping your character, strengthening your discipline, increasing your patience, teaching you stewardship, or preparing you to carry the responsibility that comes with the next level. The pressure you’re experiencing today may be preparing you for the door you’ve been praying for tomorrow.

So if you’re in a hard season right now, don’t assume you’re being forgotten. You may be being prepared. Keep showing up. Keep praying. Keep working. Keep trusting. Let God refine you, strengthen you, and prepare you for what’s ahead. Because when He opens the next door, you don’t want to be the person who only prayed for the opportunity you want to be the person who was prepared to walk through it. 🙏🏼The process may be pressing you, but it’s also preparing you. The pressure isn’t the end of your story. It may be the very thing God is using to shape you into the woman who can handle everything He is taking you into.
