We’ve got a helmet-tastic summer challenge that’s cooler than a scoop of ice cream on a cone:

If you’re riding bikes, scooters, or zooming around town on wheels, slap on that helmet and cruise on over to Dean & Parker’s for a sweet reward. Because around here, safe riding = tasty treating 😋

Starting Tuesday June 16,2026 Swing by City Hall at 122 N Clarinda St. and grab one—no questions, no lectures, just helmets (while supplies last). One per household, please. Parent must be with child for helmet pickup.

We’re officially challenging IAMO Communications and Farmers Supply to jump in, join the fun, and help give away a couple helmets of their own. Friendly competition encouraged 😜
