I love my heat press! Of course you can use an iron...but I love my heat press. When you are doing repetitive motion.....like a lot and having to use pressure with an iron, it takes a toll on your wrist when you have carpal tunnel.

☃️ Let’s talk about SQUARING UP my MUG RUG blocks! ☃️
This step may not be the most exciting part of quilting, but it makes such a BIG difference in how your finished quilted piece comes together! 🙌🏻
Taking a little extra time to get those blocks nice and square = happier seams and a much better-looking finished quilt. 🧵✂️
Do you square up EVERY quilt, or do you sometimes skip this step? 👇🏻

One of my favorite quilting tricks is using freezer paper + fabric to create fabric that can go right through your home printer! 🖨️

Just adhere the freezer paper to your fabric, trim it to the right size, and send it through your printer!

And the possibilities are ENDLESS! 😍

🎨 Create personalized quilt labels
❤️ Preserve handwriting, recipes, artwork & memories
