Can’t believe this is the last time I’ll be posting this… but, headed to Penelope’s Carriage House for our FINAL day open!!! Come see us, shop, or just hang out for a bit. We love you all and have made so many wonderful friends and memories through this journey!

Don’t forget - today only, 70% off everything!!! All jeans are gone but we still have so much more and it needs to go! So come bundle and help us get it gone! 🖤

After many weeks of praying, debating, reasoning - it is with a very heavy heart that we are announcing: Penelope’s Carriage House will be closing. As much as we love it, our other business has grown to a point that it requires all of our focus and attention. Our beloved Carriage House will be converted back to our main office for our management company and for real estate.

We have no much inventory (a lot of it new) that we need to unload. We will open the doors one day - this Friday, from 10am - until! We will be doing 70% off everything! So tell everyone you know and bring a friend and come stock up. Or even swing by, have a drink with us, and visit. We will be there Thursday preparing but will NOT be selling anything that day.

Also, if there are any other boutiques out there interested in buying all of the inventory/racks in one bundle, we will entertain that too. They just need to reach out to me before Friday.

The furniture and fixtures (ie: our Carriage) will NOT be for sale as we are not closing the building, just the boutique aspect of it.

Thank you everyone for all of the love and support! This has been one helluva ride and we have loved it. We just need to remove some irons out of the fire!
