There’s something incredibly special about earning a client’s trust not once, not twice, but for a third transaction together.

Today, I’m celebrating these wonderful clients as they close on a home they can truly make their own. It may need a little vision, a little elbow grease, and a lot of love...but I cannot wait to see the transformation that happens once they roll up their sleeves and get to work.

I’m so grateful for the continued loyalty and trust they’ve placed in me through the years. In a business built on relationships, repeat clients are one of the greatest blessings.

A huge thank you as well to Ebony Lowe Jones for being a fantastic co-op agent and helping keep everything moving smoothly all the way to the closing table.

As always, I’m reminded that God’s timing and provision are so much better than our own. Every closing is more than a transaction...it’s a reminder of His faithfulness and the people He places in our lives.

This one is officially SOLD!🎉

My seller was out of town, so it took my village on this one. Between me, my husband, my handyman, his wife helping with cleaning, coordinating with the buyer’s lender, and handling all the little details that pop up along the way, we got it done. 💪

I’m incredibly thankful my seller trusted me to guide the process from start to finish. His goal was to sell somewhere around $550,000–$600,000, and we were able to get it sold for $650,000. 🙌
