This Sunday, August 9, The Somerville Flea returns! Riverside Design Vintage will be there!! I’ve carried it special selection for back to school, new apartments, and general end of summer vibe. I hope you like orange. Join us this Sunday (and every Sunday through October.) 10-4 pm 52 Holland Street in lovely Davis Square Somerville, Mass. I’m packing suede and leather jackets and vests; jewelry galore; home decor items (mid-century modern, BoHo style and fall). Of course there will be a nice selection of vintage lingerie on the rack. (slip dresses of all sizes and colors, and some essential bustiers! Can’t wait to see you all there, and I miss my vendors too!

One night on the train and another day of driving and I will be back in Cambridge! My shop has been a disaster the last few weeks, and I apologize! I promise to make it up to you with a huge new stash of vintage goodies. I know it’s been dreadful without a proper cleaning and replenishment. I’ll keep you posted on the progress! Coming soon to the 3rd floor !
There’s a lot of interest in religious art, figurines, icons, altars and so on. This piece seems to be handmade with some topical embellishments. The dimensions 13” tall, base 11” wide, the art approximately 6” wide. Tabletop. Find it in Shop #54 on the 3rd floor. I’m actually delayed coming up for the summer. I wish I was there now. I apologize for the messy conditions in my shop. It’ll be clean and fancy again soon. Hopefully, I’ll be there next week 🤞. Desirable American vintage pottery pieces like Van Briggle Art Pottery, at the time of its demise the oldest continuously operating Art pottery in the US. Established in Colorado Springs, CO in 1901 by Artus and Anne Van Briggle. This charming cream and sugar set is from my private collection. Sold as a set.

The lingerie racks will be so full, it will be hard to choose. Lots of peignoir sets from the decades. This sweet short set from 1980s California Dynasty is among the haul. I’m not really sure what this is, I’ve had it for maybe 5 years, in a basket to be washed. I’ve hand washed it and I’m bringing it to the shop soon. Wear it anyway you like. As lingerie, day wear, layers. It’s a very sheer halter top and I know there are a couple of people that will fight over it as soon as it comes to the third floor.
