We offer products ranging from souvenirs, products, and gears and apparel representing the Boston Professional Sports Teams, Colleges, our Tourist Spots, our historic State, and our amazing international fanbase. We are looking for self-starter, upbeat individuals that are looking for either part-time or full-time work in one of our 3 flagship locations: Cambridge, Peabody, or Burlington. Hourly wage will range from $13.50-$15 per hour, depending on your experience. Part-time workers can expect 10-25 hours/week. Full-time workers can expect 30-40 hours/week.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Serve customers by helping them find and select products.
Greet and receive customers in a welcoming manner.
Deliver sales, outstanding customer experience, and operational expectations
Process payments by totaling purchases, cash, and store or other credit and debit cards.
Contribute to a positive and inclusive work environment
Assist with inventory, including receiving and stocking merchandise.
Keep the entirety of the workplace tidy
QUALIFICATIONS/SKILLS:
High school diploma or GED
0-3 years of retail experience
Knowledge of Boston sports
Being flexible and dependable
Initiates completion of tasks or activities without necessary supervision
Confident and comfortable engaging customers to deliver an elevated experience
Being able to stand for long periods of time
Able to lift a 25-lb box
Provide your own transportation
