Prospect Ironworks is a 29-unit, fully electric residential community located steps from the MBTA Green Line Extension in Union Square. Designed around energy efficiency, transit access, and housing affordability, the project combines rooftop solar, EV charging, bicycle infrastructure, and high-performance building systems to support a lower-carbon way of living.
The development includes six affordable units and contributes to Somerville's growing network of transit-oriented housing while helping address the region's need for high-quality workforce housing.
