hey could afford. Generally speaking, the average US citizen, such as myself, does not have the ability to walk into a boutique and purchase a $30-$40 dollar shirt just because they like it. Many people walk through the stores seeing things they love hanging but yet when looking on the price tag, turn and walk away only to wish they had that beautiful shirt or nice pair of shoes.
