Hello, my name is Wendy Bryant. The founder of a grassroots organization name Zenwenever.com. I battled depression and anxiety for years. It seems to be a condition many don’t understand. One day, I was having one of what seems to be my worst episode. On that day I decided I can’t live like this anymore. My spirit was feeling, and I was thinking there must be a better way to navigate life. After pulling myself out of one of my darkest days, I vowed to start a new way of thinking and changed my perspective. From that point on I let my intuition and my gut guide me and it lead me too spiritually. Now, I’m slowly unlearning the things that I learned and the things I was taught to me as a child.

There is a silent crisis happening in America. The silent epidemic of mental health and mental wellness issues are growing among men in the United States. Without question, mental health and mental wellbeing struggles among men are commonplace. Just like women, men fight demons, negative energy and other issues born from trauma, the deep seeded sadness brought on through life’s difficulties, and the anger stemming from unprocessed grief.
Zenwenever would like to facilitate a peer-to-peer environment to empower growth among a community of like-minded individuals who strive to live mindfully in all aspects of their lives.
