Why yes... I am still around. Summertime is always hard. I am considering the need for a 'name change'. It feels like a bigger deal than it really is. The two names in the running are: Second Story Sewing, a nod to my attic sewing room-air conditioned but still too hot to be comfortable; or, The Three Season Sewist, another nod to summer winning the comfort battle. Any thoughts?

Anyhoo... Here are a few recents works. I am loving the Fall Color Sweatshirt- I have several colors and sizes available. But even more, I love the Latitude/Longitude embroidery. I can make one for your exact address or just your city- Again, I have several colors of T's and sweatshirts available.

I finished a single sided apron this morning. This one in a lightweight cotton denim with an 11 inch section in multicolored stripe denim. I was wrong, not everyone likes a reversible apron.🙂
Measurements for this apron are in the photos. It is one of a kind there will be no others exactly like it. It is $45.

So, yesterday I purchased this design from Sweet Pea Embroidery. Yes, I responded to a well placed FB ad. But really, Who isn't going to love this?! I am thinking about sizing it to be a smaller wall hanging, about 24". If all goes well, I would really like to do all of her seasonal designs.
