Hey guys!! Just wanted to re introduce myself since I’ve done a name change.
My name is Shelby, I’m a 27 year old born and raised in Owensboro Kentucky and now living in Canandaigua New York! I learned how to sew at a very young age by watching my Great Grandmother and my Great Aunt who were both seamstresses! Back in 2020 I decided to get a cricut and started selling tshirts and loved it! Then 2 years ago I got the opportunity to purchase an embroidery machine and I fell in love with doing embroidery! My favorite thing to make is keepsake sweatshirts out of baby clothing or blankets! I cannot wait to start making more things for my new town! I'm just gonna toot my own horn here for a second. I'm a bridesmaid in my friends wedding this weekend, one of the bridesmaid dresses came in yesterday a little too small, obviously no time to get another one... sooo I turned it into a corset tie style dress. I even used the excess dress from another bridesmaid dress that I shortened to make the ribbon to tie it. I didn't use a pattern or anything just went with it and I did it all within a 5 hour period. 💁🏼‍♀️🤪
