It's official folks! La Boutique Unique is fully closed and the new owner of the building, Tanner Carlson, is looking for another retailer to step in. I sold the building with ALL the fixtures and furniture so it is absolutely turnkey. A new retailer can bring their product in and start selling from day 1 with no need to build out the space. We've even left the "boutique" sign up to grab attention on the busiest corner in town! Pass the word and let's keep retail options in our community! (please do share this post)
