We were never taught properly how to check for lumps. I truly feel this is something middleschool and highschool should have covered. Ya know, during those period classes, s*x ed classes, and health classes. THIS information would have been helpful.

October is all about breast cancer awareness.. and as you all know it's a very personal one for us!
If you ever want to consider donating or supporting a breast cancer organization, I suggest you look at Josette Beddell Memorial Foundation . They help local individuals and families with their journey. Their profits come right back to us!
I had the honor of being in attendance at their breast cancer gala this past year, and let me tell you.. their work for our community is ASTOUNDING. 👏👏

WE’RE BACK!!! Your favorite event is getting ready to celebrate its Sweet 16, and we have BIG goals for this big year.

Over the next few months you’ll see us asking for donations, sponsorships, volunteers, auction items, gift cards and more as we build the 2027 Wind Chime Ball. Every ask has one goal behind it: raising as much as we can to support Ohio families impacted by breast cancer.

That plastic weird machine behind me can save your life!! Get your mammograms done people... breast cancer is being detected earlier and earlier. While age recommendations is age 40 for a mammogram, it's never too early to have breast exams done by your primary care doctor. Some lumps are fatty lumps, but others can be life changing. Dont take a chance on guessing which is which. Be proactive with your health!
