📚🏃 RUN CLUB + BOOK RELEASE NIGHT! 🏃📚

This Thursday, June 11, we’re celebrating one of the most inspiring members of our trail community — Beth Krasemann! 💗

During 18 months of breast cancer treatment, Beth continued to run, hike, bike, ski, climb mountains, and live her life with incredible grit and determination. Her new book, 900 Minutes: Movement as Medicine, shares that journey and the powerful role movement, community, and resilience played along the way.

✨ Schedule:
🏃 6:30–7:30 PM – Run Club (all paces welcome) 4 or 5 mile loops
📖 7:30–8:30 PM – Book Release Celebration with Beth
🍻 Drinks & snacks provided
📚 Beth will read a few passages, answer questions, sign books, and have copies available for purchase.

Come for the run, come for the book, or come for both. Most importantly, come help us celebrate an amazing human and longtime Independence Run & Hike community member.
