A client recently came to us wanting embroidery on a new batch of performance polos.
It was what they'd always ordered.
Before we moved forward, we asked one question:
"What are the polos being used for?"
Their answer changed our recommendation.
These shirts were for an outdoor sales team spending long days at trade shows in the summer. The lightweight performance fabric they chose wasn't ideal for embroidery—it could affect the way the material looked and moved.
Instead, we recommended a premium heat transfer.
The logo stayed sharp.
The fabric kept its stretch.
The polos remained comfortable.
Sometimes the best service isn't saying "yes."
It's explaining why there's a better option.
