Join us tomorrow at 3PM for our monthly Demi & Pointe Shoe Sewing Class!

Learning to properly sew your shoes is an important skill every pointe dancer should have. We’ll walk students through the techniques they need to confidently sew their own demi and pointe shoes. 🧵✨

💕 Practice shoes are provided so students can learn and practice without risking damage to their own pointe shoes.

The streets of Carmel may be a little busier during Car Week (August 7–16), but don’t worry—we’ve made it easy to get everything you need!

🚗 Curbside Pickup available every day
🩰 Daily Studio Drop-Off to The Dance Center at 6:00 PM
📱 Text us at (831) 330-2900 to place an order, request curbside pickup, or have your items delivered to the studio. We also offer mobile pay and emailed invoices!
💕 Pointe Shoe Fittings are still happening—just allow a little extra time to find parking before your appointment.

🩰 How long have you been dancing in your current pair of pointe shoes?

Pointe shoes don’t last forever! Most dancers get just 16–19 hours on pointe before their shoes begin to lose the support needed to dance safely.

✨ New to pointe? Even if you’re only dancing a few classes each week, your shoes should typically be replaced every 3–6 months, depending on how often you wear them.

Wearing dead shoes can increase the risk of injury and make dancing much more difficult.
