"It's not the plane, it's the pilot."
We have that pilot. His name is Frank Weisser and he was the pilot at the yoke of the F/A 18 Super Hornet for the legendary flying scenes of "Top Gun: Maverick."
Frank is coming to Piedmont University on March 16th where there will be a showing of the film and he will speak about his experiences on set. This event is being organized to raise funds for aviation education with the local Boy Scouts Aviation Explorer's Post.
Horizon Dreams Aviation is happy to have been working directly with the Aviation Explorer's Post to bring new experiences to the youth of North Georgia.
