I am an accomplished seamstress who is available for any of your sewing needs. I have over 20 years of experience with all types of theatrical costuming, competition dance groups, show choir groups, weddings, drapery and also basic alterations. I am based out of my smoke free home and have industrial machines that produce a factory finished garment. When you can’t find the exact style you are look

Let me help you with everything from drapery, to the perfect outfit for your little one. Something that I also love doing is taking your mom's wedding dress and re-fashioning it for you to wear, or completely taking it apart and turning it into a christening dress for your little one. Or how about a money bag for your special day that magically will become a christening bonnet for your little one a few years down the road? I can create custom fit garments because I have mannequins from child's size to ladies plus size 20, I can even purchase your fabric for you, just tell me your budget.

Wedding gown alterations are NOT cheap that's for sure.... and while I do NOT charge what the big guy dress salons charge it is still not an easy fix working with these amazing gowns.... so here is a list of prices that I have found and wanted to share it for reference.
The Bodice
Bra cups addition - $20 to $30
Reshaping neckline - $40 to $100
Corset alterations - $100 to $280
Letting out or taking in the side seams - $50 to $200
Skirt
Bustle addition - $30 to $170
Hem - $70 to $280
Shortening or removing train - $30 to $250
Shoulder and Sleeves
Elongation or cap addition - $200 to $400
Raising or lowering shoulders - $40 to $70
Alter or tapering sleeves - $30 to $100
Adding or adjusting straps - $20 to $80
Embellishments
Beadwork - $30 to $40 per hour
Adding sash or belt - $20 to $40

Please know that if you receive any of these photos that it is not me, yet pieces of me photoshopped on a n**e body that is not mine. If any of my friends/clients receive any messages or emails with these photos, please do not respond to them and block the account.

ANNOUNCEMENT- I am not taking more than ONE bridal gown alteration per month.
Not sure how many people realize how heavy these gowns are and what a toll they take on a persons body as they are maneuvering them while doing the alterations.... I have personally had my left and right arm/elbow tendons released with surgery and also had 4-7/A,C,D,F spine/neck surgery where titanium cages replaced the cartilage in my neck..... ALL from sewing lol.
SO, that being said I am slowing down on my sewing especially of gowns/long dresses.
