If you are not ready to do all 5, start with one. Small changes are more likely to keep you consistent.

Add these to your annual mammogram to keep your risk low or increase the chances of finding your cancer early.

Approximately 321,910 new cases of invasive breast cancer will be diagnosed in women in 2026.

About 60,730 new cases of ductal carcinoma in situ (non-invasive cancer)

Cases in men about 2670 (less than 1%)

Deaths estimates for 2026 - 42,140 women and 530 men.
