For those of you who are new to my page or haven’t had the opportunity of meeting me, I would like to introduce myself. This may be very long!

🪡 Hi, I’m Liz your local seamstress! I specialize in alterations, creating, and servicing. I have been sewing for almost 10 years and it’s something I am passionate about. I began learning in high school when I had my mind set on Fashion Design. My grandma taught me some, high school helped, college also furthered my experience. I then took a turn and did not pursue fashion design BUT continued on with sewing. Covid hit and there was a demand for masks, this is where my sewing took off. Since then I have been performing alterations on dresses, formal wear, daily wear, office wear, military uniforms, and other items! When I’m not working on your order I’m making bags, pillows, bowl cozies, book accessories, clothing for me or my friends’ little ones. You may even find some art and earrings pop up on my page! I just love to use my God given talent to create!

🐈‍⬛ As of now I work out of my home. That being said, I have two cats and their names are Clarice and Archie. Clarice will greet you and most likely join you in the fitting room because she doesn’t believe in privacy! Archie has 3 legs and may or may not be around but both of my cats are friendly and loving. HOWEVER I do understand that some have allergies to cats and if that’s the case, please let me know and they will not be in your way at all. I also take the extra measure to clean before you arrive. I keep my cats away from your clothing/items and out of my sewing room when I am not around. I value YOU and your clothing/items. I want you to be comfortable and I will try to accommodate you the best I can.

📍 I service the local area and then some! That includes Carthage, Fort Drum, Watertown, Lowville and beyond! I know it can be a challenge to find someone who does alterations, especially because it’s not as common as it used to be! If you’re new to the area, it can be tricky finding exactly what or who you’re looking for. At a small charge, I can even come to you! I understand it’s challenging for some to leave the house whether it’s a shared vehicle, children, or even accessibility. I am here to help and make time for you.
