We are FINALLY back! 👶 Every reseller knows that life takes over sometimes (we welcomed our baby boy in March!), but we finally got back out there and found an absolute goldmine of an estate sale.

If you love high-end sourcing, you’re going to want to check this out. We got into a pending $1.5 MILLION, 6,000 sqft mansion, the kind of place where they make you put on the blue shoe covers just to protect the hardwoods! 👟😂

Here’s the reseller math breakdown:
💰 Total Spent: $25
📦 Items Sourced: 16 items (Avg. COG: $1.50)
🚀 Estimated Net Profit: $440+

We already flipped a UNC trailer hitch cover from the pile to completely cover our initial $25 investment! But it wasn't a perfect run; I’m looking back at the footage during the edit and realizing we walked right past a house filled with Pottery Barn furniture, passed on high-margin Easter decor, and left a valuable hat behind. 🤦‍♂️

Check this out! While shoveling his Greensboro driveway yesterday, Rett Haigler discovered a chunk of snow-covered ice that resembles the state of North Carolina. It was a “cool” reward for a tough job! (See what I did there?) ❄️

Sometimes we don’t really understand eBay buyers. Why message us offering “advice” if you don’t intend on purchasing it?

This message came in today about some Hurley joggers we have listed. What is “12 month old joggers” anyway? The good news is our SEO is working with Y2K and Skater, they’re definitely looking at those tags. We’re also about spot on with the price, I’ve attached a comp to show that. We’re also always open to offers, just maybe not free advice. 🤣🤣

MONDAY MOTIVATION! 📦🔥

This is what a busy start to the week looks like! We hit 10 sales over the weekend and today, and now this tote full of packages is heading to the post office! And it was busy today, thanks to the holidays!

We know it's only Wednesday, but this NEW North Carolina Tar Heels Metal Hitch Cover has already claimed the crown for our top-selling item of the week! 🥳 It sold yesterday for $32.49!

This little gem was snagged a few weeks ago at an incredible estate sale; the house was valued at over $1.5 million, and the entire sale was full of hidden treasures like this one! It just goes to show that you never know what "regal relics" you'll find where you least expect them.

🤷‍♀️ eBay Reseller Dilemma: Cancel or Ship? 🤷‍♂️

We accepted a low-ball offer of $8 on a $20 item, and 10 minutes later... the messages started. The buyer claimed they "forgot" the item had a hood (on a hoodie) and needed to cancel.

So, what would YOU have done?

We ended up canceling the order... and the very next day, the item sold for almost DOUBLE the price at $15! Sometimes things just work out. 🙏
