TikTok APPOINTMENTS: Appointments are available during normal business hours but are required on Fridays and Saturdays. Appointments guarantee a reserved dressing room, a personal bridal consultant, and allow a total of 4 guest per party. If more than 4 people would like to attend an appointment, the party may be required to mak
e an appointment. CHILDREN: Due to the fragile nature of our merchandise and busy environment, all children must have a designated sitter or guardian watching over them at all times. Children must remain seated and on their best behavior. Rowdy or upset children will be asked to leave the store. Any merchandise broken or tampered with by a child will be the financial responsibility of the parents and payment will be required in full at the time of the incident. FOOD & BEVERAGE: No food shall be allowed in the store. Only water is allowed in the store in a clear container. Children's snacks are not permitted in the store. There are restaurants and grocers available in the Hilltop Shopping Center below Christina's for your convenience. LATE POLICIES: Guest that are more than 20 minutes late for an appointment may be asked to reschedule. HOLDS: Any hold requires a minimum of a $25 non-refundable fee that will be applied to the price of the purchase. Holds longer than 24 hours will vary in price depending on the length of the hold. Customers may exchange or return their items for store credit. All returns and exchanges must be within 30 days of purchase with receipt. Exclusions include wedding dresses, prom dresses, bridesmaid dresses, jewelry, underwear, novelty items and sale items. Items must have original tags and show no signs of wear or damage.
