I’m not going to explain what happened to Charlie. You’ll have to open your Bible to figure that out, and I know from years of experience speaking with people that most of you won’t do that. I never used to. The devil has convinced the world they can’t understand the Bible, so instead they sit in front of men who call themselves “pastors” and let them explain it, falling victim to their “wisdom”, and believing what they are “taught” rather than what the Lord has revealed to them. What I will say is it is obvious to anyone who spends time in the word seeking the Lord. He tells us exactly what He expects from us and exactly what we can expect from Him if we OBEY. The outcome changes if we don’t, and it’s not pretty. He is NOT a God of love love love. He is a very JEALOUS God who wants our first fruits. That has NOTHING to do with money and EVERYTHING to do with our hearts. Our commitment. Our focus on Him. He uses hard times and tribulation to open peoples eyes and to get them to cry out to HIM. When they do, the outcomes shift. When they don’t, they are destroyed. There is absolutely no contradiction to this in the entire Bible. He will only warn you for so long.
Follow the Lord only.
Prepare for Him by removing any/all sin from your life. He is coming to destroy the unrighteous and be with His people once more. This time eternally.
You have so little time to prepare. Please hear the warning. Please see the signs He is sending for what they are.
Being a believer doesn’t take words. “Faith without works is dead” means it takes action. Action to focus everything you have on Him. To uphold the covenant He made with His people. To do your part. Yes, Jesus death alone is what saves you, and yes you are saved by grace through faith. But that faith requires you to uphold your part of that covenant. It’s a 2 way street and this is what so many professed believers have wrong. It’s all about “what Jesus has done for them” and nothing about “what they’ve done for Jesus”.
