Closing out World Breastfeeding Week with a few reminders…

You don’t need to have it all figured out.
You don’t need to love every minute of it.
You don’t need to explain your choices to anyone.
You don’t need to compare your journey to another mama’s.

Whether you breastfed for 2 days, 2 months, 2 years, pumped exclusively, combo fed, supplemented, or chose a different path entirely — you showed up for your baby. And that matters.

Breastfeeding can be beautiful, exhausting, emotional, empowering, lonely, rewarding, and really freaking hard — sometimes all in the same day.

So as we close out World Breastfeeding Week, remember this:

There is no perfect way to be a breastfeeding mom. There is only your way. And you are doing better than you think.

We talk about breastfeeding like it’s something that simply happens.

But behind every feed is time, energy, hormones, patience, sacrifice and a whole lot of showing up.

The hours add up.
The middle-of-the-night feeds add up.
The pumping sessions add up.
The dishes add up.
The mental load adds up.

And somehow, moms are expected to do it all while recovering from birth, caring for a newborn and trying to figure out who they even are in this new season of life.

So here’s your reminder: what you are doing is not “just feeding the baby.”

You’re doing something that requires an incredible amount of work. ♥️

Four years.

Some days I can’t believe we’ve made it this far.

This journey has been filled with incredible highs and heartbreaking lows. We’ve celebrated launches, welcomed new products, shifted our entire business, navigated seasons with almost no sales, and continued showing up because we believe moms deserve to be supported.
