Unfortunately, the last two days I’ve had a very sick and clingy baby so I haven’t been able to post. But I’m fortunate enough to be able to be there and snuggle my baby! Behind the scenes I’ve been searching/planning for summer vendor events (3 now booked 🤪) and figuring out my next sewing projects. Thanks for tagging along and all the support. See you soon 😘

•Day 4 • Junk Journal•

Today I wanted to share something I’ve already created that I’m really proud of: My Junk Journal.

If you’re anything like me, you probably have stacks of notebooks, sketchbooks, scrap paper, misprints, and half-used pages just sitting around. One of the core values behind my brand is sustainability. While I do still purchase new materials when needed, I also source a lot secondhand and always try to repurpose what I already have or go on the hunt at local secondhand stores to find materials I can reuse whenever possible.

This journal was born from that mindset—turning “leftovers” into something beautiful and useful instead of letting them go to waste.

If this is something you’d be interested in, let me know. I’d love to add them to my website as a 100-page option.

They would NOT include:

-The cardboard front and back covers. However, each journal would still come with a sturdy protective plastic cover.
-Envelope. Though it could be added at an additional charge.

I wanted to finish these today but my twins had other plans. Their plans were screaming violently and beating each other up.

I will be finishing this tomorrow! Then moving on to another project! Which I’m superrrr excited for 😍

Day 1 • Part 1 • Notebook Pouches

Taking my twins to daycare after maternity leave was one of the hardest things I’ve had to do, but their daycare teachers have been BEYOND wonderful and understanding.

Teachers deserve the world, and if I can do something to make them feel a little more appreciated, I’m going to do it. ❤️

I usually don’t like doing videos in multiple parts, but as my projects get harder and more complex, they aren’t always going to fit into one video.

I also was NOT expecting the embroidery files for my new machine to be so TOUGH to figure out! (Don’t worry, I’ll show off my new machine soon🤪.)

Please be patient with me over the next few weeks as I get back into the swing of things. I’m catching up on a lot of projects I’ve been putting off.
