At Christen & Company, we're more than a boutique—we're a place where customers become friends. We're looking for someone who is warm, outgoing, and genuinely enjoys connecting with others.
Our ideal team member is:
• Age 21+
• Friendly, conversational, and personable
• A great listener who enjoys helping others
• Creative with a passion for fashion and styling
• Able to put together outfits and coordinate accessories
• Comfortable multitasking and managing a variety of responsibilities
• Self-motivated and dependable
• Able to lift, carry, reach, and be on your feet throughout the day
• Excited to create a fun, welcoming shopping experience
Schedule includes:
• 2–3 weekday afternoon/evening shifts
• 2–3 Saturdays per month
• Occasional special events
Future Opportunity:
As Christen & Company continues to grow and expand, there may be opportunities for additional hours and potential full-time positions in the future.
