Central Cross Threads is looking for a dependable, hardworking Part-Time Production Assistant to join our team!
🕢 Hours: Monday–Friday, approximately 7:00/7:30 AM–12:00 PM
💰 Pay: Based on experience
This is a hands-on position helping with the day-to-day flow of our shop. Responsibilities will include:
👕 Catching and stacking shirts coming off the screen-printing dryer
🔍 Checking printed garments for quality and consistency
🔢 Counting garments and making sure orders are complete and accurate
📦 Pulling, organizing and fulfilling online store orders
🧹 Keeping the screen-printing and production areas clean and organized
🙌 Helping with other shop tasks wherever needed
We’re looking for someone who is:
• Dependable and on time
• Detail-oriented — accuracy is important!
• Organized and able to stay on task
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, hands-on environment
• Willing to jump in and help wherever needed
• Able to work well as part of a team
Experience in screen printing, apparel production or a similar environment is a plus, but we’re willing to train the right person.
