My worry stones🤍

I’ve been trying to meditate daily with them🧘🏼‍♀️

I also like to burn sage & palo santo

On the days I do I am calmer and feel less anxious when something goes “wrong”

My mantra I have been loving:

This weekend was such an amazing experience! will always be in my top venues 🤠

Aside from seeing our fans all over the venue my favorite moment was when I realized how much I still love dirty music. Since the pandemic it can get overwhelming for me and sometimes I just can’t hang & have to sit to the side.

(Which is WILD if you know me and you know my past love for breaking my neck!)

During the b2b all of the love for this came back! I was so happy and back to head banging, jumping like crazy & brought back my grime face☹️ It was an incredible moment for me bc I thought I lost the joy for it.

Happy to say I am still a HEADBANGER!
