"So, picture this: over three and a half decades ago, when my martial arts empire consisted of, like, two dojos and my printing operation involved a squeegee and a prayer, this fresh-faced London firefighter strolls in. He's all, 'Logo, please!' And me, being the supremely confident (read: slightly clueless) young entrepreneur, I'm like, 'Sure, no sweat!' The black and white logo you see? Yeah, that's proof that sweat was definitely involved, but artistic genius? Debatable. Anyway, cut to a few weeks ago, and this same firefighter, Paul McVey, who's now seen more fire alarms than I've seen clean t-shirts, gets back in touch. Same logo request. Let's just say I'm hoping the new version doesn't make him want to hose it down."

Dawn broke this morning on the news I expected, yet still found me unprepared. My darling Witch, known to the world as Dr. Sharon, embarked on her next adventure, peacefully slipping away in her sleep. Her spirit leaves an indelible mark on countless hearts, myself included. Words seem inadequate to express the gratitude I hold for her guidance, unwavering support, and infectious laughter that warmed even the coldest days. Her lectures, though sometimes stern, were always laced with love and a deep belief. I can only hope her next journey shines as brightly as the life she led.

Upon the salty deck, I stand,
