my sweet baby is back in the hospital. we had a good long stretch of something resembling normalcy but Rosalie is now suffering from pneumocystis jirovecii pneumonia (pjp). it’s a very serious fungal lung infection that affects the immunocompromised. she is currently in the pediatric ICU on high levels of oxygen. my joan of arc baby is a warrior but any positive vibes and prayers you want to send our way will be endlessly appreciated.
we are looking at a multiple week hospital stay at the minimum and possibly months of recovery beyond that. i am still working on the website update slowly and as of right now, we should be able to make all of our scheduled fall events. all website orders will still be processed as normal but please allow an extra week or two and extend whatever grace to me possible. maneater is mostly a one-woman show and my attention is primarily on healing my baby 🖤
