Guys, what a day. Very emotional, but also very empowering. Alzheimer’s is a terrible disease that affects so many. Today I walked for my Mom & Dad and the millions of others affected by the disease. And with your help I raised $700 for Alzheimer's Association . So this is a huge shoutout to YOU! I could not have done it without your generosity. THANK YOU 😊!!!

What a fun filled Mommy Doggy few days. We went on lots of walks, visited 3 different parks, watched the sunset, napped, had treats, woke Mom up early everyday and rode with her to pick up food daily. She said she didn’t want to cook. We loved it, because it meant we usually got a little bite. But now we’re back to our regular routine. Can’t wait for our next adventure! ❤️ 🌊 🐾 Charlie & Bodhi

Our final adventure took us to Nordeste, Azores. This area screamed Kauai, Hawaii to me. It was so beautiful, peaceful, colorful and littered with waterfalls. We stopped in the town, a botanical garden, “point of dawn” Miradouro da Ponta da Madrugada and Parque da Ribeira dos Caldeiros. Couldn’t ask for a better end to our trip.

Lagoa do Fogo did not disappoint! Lagoa do Fogo “lake of fire” is a volcanic crater lake in the center of Sao Miguel Island, The Azores, Portugal.
We had the opportunity to climb to the top and what do you know there was a pole with stickers at the top. We definitely had to leave our paw prints! Absolutely breathtaking!
We then traveled down to another viewpoint. Anyone else think those rings, circles in the lake is volcanic activity?!
Our last stop was to see this stunning waterfall.

Our next adventure took us to Sete Cidades, one of the natural wonders of the Azores. The panoramic views of the volcanic crater were amazing. And notice all the hydrangeas. They grow everywhere on the island. I can only imagine what it looks like when they are in bloom. These lilies are also all over along with 🐄. And the different shades of green were beautiful. I definitely see why they call the Azores the Hawaii of Europe.

Our 1st tour took us to the thermal village of Furnas. We started at the Pico Do Ferro Viewpoint, beautiful. From here we were able to see where our lunch was cooked underground using the scorching heat of the earth. The meat was so tender! Then we entered into the village. We also watched a gentleman flipping the sweet corn in a hot spring. Had a sip from their Fountain of Youth. Then it was off to the Terra Nostra Park which has a beautiful botanical garden and natural hot water volcanic springs. Yes we went in. The clearer looking water pool was really hot. We didn’t last long. Then we went into the large, brown pool. It’s brown in color because it is rich in natural minerals and iron from the volcanic earth.

The Azores, Portugal. Sao Miguel Island. We stayed in the town of Ponta Delgada. Our 1st couples days we had pretty crappy weather. Our 1st tour was cancelled so we tried to brave it and explore the town. To say we got a little wet is an understatement. Thankfully after the 2nd day each day continued to get better. These are some of my favorite pictures from our walks through town.

Hey Home Team BBQ we’ve been spotted in the wild together. 1st photo was seen at Home Team BBQ on Sullivan’s Island. The 2nd we travelled overseas to Omaha Beach, Normandy France. Cheers to seeing the world and leaving our mark. We usually say 🐾 prints.

Attention 🚨 our next is a state we have never been to …… Wisconsin! Thanks to Wrigley & Miller for bringing us along on their vacation. Looks like we had a great boating day at Lake Kegonsa.
