Hi all! School is starting back up soon, so I won't be taking on any jobs that aren't already scheduled. Will be happy to do alterations again next summer. 😁

Make your clothes work for you! Here is a video of me modifying a pair of pants to make shorts that I can wear all summer long.

when you love the colors of a pair of pants but want to wear them all summer - cut them short and hem them, turning them into the cutest Bermuda shorts!

Need any pants hemmed? My goal is always to get the new stitching to look so much like the original that you can't tell the difference.

Hemming a pair of amazing stretch pants! I forgot to record the last step of the process though. 🙄

You know I can't resist teaching you a bit about sewing. :) Here is a video showing how you can 'serge' raw edges without a serger. (Someday I'll own one of those!)

Serging raw edges can be done on a typical sewing machine, with the right foot and stitch selection.
