Hi! Very important UPDATE —

First and foremost i want to thank each and every person who has ordered, gotten items from me and loved them, recommends my shop and has ALWAYS supported me. To know me TRULY behind my business is to love me. I am a loyal friend, mother and wife and lead with my heart first! In this last month or two i have recieved EXTREME and very unkind words and or posts from customers who were unhappy of their situation between me and them and so therefor decided to make posts to draw attention and or “awareness” to them or the situation that was at hand. I just want to lead with I WOULD NEVER PURPOSEFULLY OR INTENTIONALLY SCAM OR REFUSE ANYONE A REFUND OR THEIR ITEMS.
What happened and what ive failed to mention behind closed doors and my personal life is i had gotten behind on orders because i had taken on more than what my life at the time had alloted me time for. I am currently and STILL working on orders or to get back to/ refund those who have asked , but what makes it TOUGH is that i had been accepted into the nursing program at the same time i had gotten behind. I said to myself “oh i can still work through orders and catch up”but the WEIGHT of the stress and the extensive time i needed to study and pass within a short period came crumbling down on me on TOP of leaving school and immediatly having to pickup my kids an hour away and get home to cook, clean and do all the things i was still responsible for. Nursing school was a non negotiable for me because i had been at home for 2 years as a SAHM and i had finally decided to pickup where i left off and BECOME MORE, not only for myself but for my kids and for the ability to be successfull in my business. I have been in the small shop world for almost 3 years now and ive gone through long tats, no refunds, and all the worst things that CAN come with it on my own outside of my business. Never ever ever ever in my life would i go to the extents of making such CRUEL and or saying the things that have been said to me and about my business about another fellow business owner and mother. I am not making this for sympathy but to bring awareness to GRACE. I am trying and will get to your messages, to your orders and to your refunds but one person can only handle SO MUCH. I know what i did wrong and am ACTIVELY doing my personal best to correct it and be better for the future and i hope you read this and understand that and know my itentions and who i am and what went down a little BEHIND THE SCENES of just “she wont refund me, she wont respond to me, shes been in BB posts, its disgusting she this or that” and so much more. I am not a scammer i am just a human being who made a mistake in my business and is still doing my best to correct and make it right. If youve gotten this far please know i am VERY SORRY if youve felt frustrated or as if im ignoring you but i PROMISE i am not and i still am actively going to correct and or communicate to you when i get to you about your open order or whatever the case may be so please allow me the grace to do so.
