Be Willing to Make People Uncomfortable
If you truly want to make a difference and be an instrument in the hands of the Lord, you must be willing to make people uncomfortable.
Not because you are intentionally trying to offend anyone, but because truth has a way of confronting what people would rather keep hidden.
The liar won’t like you exposing the lie.
The spiritually counterfeit won’t appreciate genuine discernment.
The hypocrite won’t welcome your transparency.
The person trapped in victimhood may resist the message that they can rise, overcome, and conquer through Christ.
And those who have become comfortable in bo***ge may struggle when they see the freedom God has given you.
So don’t allow guilt, manipulation, rejection, or people-pleasing to silence you.
Jesus never called us to blend in with darkness. He called us to be light.
“Do not participate in the unfruitful deeds of darkness, but instead expose them.” — Ephesians 5:11
There will always be people who receive the truth and people who reject it. Your assignment is not to make everyone comfortable; your assignment is to remain faithful.
Light and darkness cannot coexist without one exposing the other.
So walk in truth.
Love people—but don’t compromise truth to keep them comfortable.
Use discernment—but keep your heart free from pride.
Speak boldly—but do it in love.
Be an instrument God can use—not one controlled by the approval of people.
Some will receive the Gospel. Some will reject it. Keep shining anyway.
