From helping with critical repairs and accessibility ramps to affordable rental housing and financial education, FLHF provides practical support that helps residents maintain safe and stable homes. For older adults, services like roof, HVAC, plumbing, and accessibility repairs can be especially important in making it possible to continue aging in place.

Happy National Nonprofit Day!

For more than 40 years, Twice is Nice has been proud to be part of Charlottesville’s nonprofit community. Our mission is to raise revenue to benefit seniors in need, while promoting sustainability through the resale of donated clothing, furniture, and household items.

We couldn’t do it without our incredible volunteers, whose time, energy, and commitment keep Twice is Nice going every day. Thank you for being such an important part of our mission!
