Ok interesting story- I bugged some poor man for yeeears trying to buy these shelves at his little rarely open antique store in the middle of nowhere- probably 7-8 years. They were always full and I knew that these people were NOT going to clear these to sell them to me even though my offer kept increasing yearly. I must’ve left cards 5 times over the years with offers scrawled on them. Then one day, out of the blue, the call came. Store sold, new owners found my card and info. And now they’re here. Long story longer, these Frederic Weinberg shelves will be integrated into Anthology to show off our wares. They are not for sale (but feel free to leave a card with your best offer 😂). Sometimes it’s a short game, sometimes it’s a very long game, but it’s always about finding the good stuff!

Just wanted to send a huge THANK YOU! Turnout for our Summer Sale really smashed all expectations! I will spend the next 3-4 weeks sourcing, restoring, and just generally working my tail off to fill it back up—already delivered some furniture, some doodads and did some visioning on how to shift things around for this big reset. I will now kill all momentum on the socials but I’ll try to pop up every few days with some previews! Until then, happy hunting and we’ll be back soon!

Sometimes when you’re a mega buyer, you forget about boxes. Found all the stuff in the first pic in a mystery box in the back room. So much fun, because I had NO idea what was in there. How did these clocks make it through this crazy weekend ?!!? 😂 But seriously— THANK YOU!! You seriously turned out for Weekend One of our Summer Sale! It was incredible and a ton of fun to see long time friends and meet so many new people! Tons of pieces found new homes but I have more incoming and will be literally working my tail off to top it off this week. We’ll roll it all out again July 18 & 19 with MANY new arrivals!

At Anthology we offer superb curated vintage design, we *always* offer fantastic value on these quality pieces, and when we have a sale like this some things are just getting to the point of ridiculousness for a store of this quality.
