Citizens of Manitowoc, the Manitowoc Police Department need your help. This nice woman was dropped off at a local nursing home by an unknown person. We don't know where she was picked up, and unfortunately she is unable to tell us who she is. She thinks she is in Kentucky and goes by the name of Justine or Audra with a possible last name of Wright. She has no idea where she lives and due to her confusion we can't be certain of her name, either.
