I was commissioned to make this super-duper special baby quilt for a dear friend. ❤️

She sent me clothing and a tapestry belonging to a very special loved one who left this earth far too soon.

Those precious pieces were transformed into a quilt for their sibling’s baby-to-be—a beautiful way to carry their memory forward and wrap a new little life in so much love.

This has to be one of the most meaningful pieces I’ve ever had the honor of creating. Every stitch felt incredibly special, knowing the love, memories, and story woven into it.

I hope they love it as much as I loved making it. ❤️🧵
