I regret to tell you all that my Etsy account was hacked several months ago and Etsy has completely failed to assist me in reinstating my store. I have been a seller on Etsy since 2008, 14 years if you don’t care to do the math yourself, and it is completely unacceptable that Etsy will not even respond to my repeated requests to remove the hacker, close the account, or in some other way allow me to reopen my shop.

I have had to completely close and reopen bank accounts, I have not been able to sell my products, and I’ve lost access to all my listings though I continue to be charged Etsy fees each month. Again, etsy has done NOTHING and has not responded other than to tell me to check an email address I don’t have access to anymore. I am fed up with their abysmal customer service and will NEVER open an etsy shop again.

Given the timing I will probably sell my entire stock of flannel and my pajama patterns and whatever else I can, as I have purchased the business I have worked for for many years, Q Heart 3. I will be selling through my own website because f**k Etsy.

If you or anyone else you know would like to purchase the stock, fabric, and patterns of Red Wine Vintage, which was a very successful business for many years, let’s chat. Unfortunately I cannot pass along the name or customer base because, again, f**king Etsy cannot help me access them. I dearly wish there was some way I could inform the loyal customers that have been shopping with me for so many years.
