A New Season Begins
What a beautiful spring day in Chewelah ☀️ The sunshine feels like a gentle gift as I share something personal with all of you who have followed us on this amazing journey.
Nearly nine years ago, Greg and I arrived in Chewelah full of hope, joy, and enthusiasm—ready to bring life, beauty, and inspiration to a new community we were just beginning to know. Our first little shop, Gather Boutique, opened on Main Street, and we had no idea at the time that two beloved Chewelah treasures would soon become ours to care for and pour our hearts into.
With everything we had—our time, energy, creativity, and love—we restored The Barn, The Farmhouse & Grounds, and later the 105-year-old school building. From these spaces came beautiful shops, unforgettable dining experiences, and a dream wedding and event venue that we were so honored to share with you.
Opening Mountain Market was a true joy. We’ve had the pleasure of meeting people from all over—each one a blessing to us. We’ve felt your support, shared in your excitement, and celebrated the seasons with you through each new idea and crazy-fun project. Our shops came alive with every change of season, and it meant the world to see you experience and enjoy them right alongside us.
At the beginning of 2025, I began to sense that a change was coming—a “new season.” I took time to pray, to pause, and to listen to what God was whispering. And He was clear: He is doing something new. My response to Him was simple and wholehearted: “Lead the way.” Because with every new beginning, there comes an ending.
And so, as I look ahead with hope and expectation, I also share with you that our beautiful Mountain Market on Main will be closing by the end of June.
We want this ending to be a celebration, a joyful reflection of all we’ve shared.
Starting Friday & Saturday, May 9th & 10th, from 11–5, we’ll begin our “End of Our Season” Sales. We’ll kick things off in Flora Boutique with incredible savings on clothing, jewelry, and accessories. Each week, we’ll announce which retail space will be featured next. In late June, we’ll wrap up with sales that include our wonderful display pieces and furnishings.

Thank you—truly—to every single one of you who has supported us, cheered us on, celebrated with us, and loved on us over these nearly nine years. It’s been an incredible season of dreams, restoration, inspiration, and joy.
