1️⃣ Try to follow your rituals. Fixed time for going to bed will help you. A newborn baby can feel worried and stressed if you often change the time and the place for their sleeping.

We know that the first months are for baby’s adapting to the world, parents and their timetable 🙌🏻 After the first three months a child is almost free from stomach cramps. They eat regularly but can mix up day and night 🔄

Why can your baby’s timetable be unstable?

Sleep has a different structure☝🏻 Earlier they could fall asleep very fast and sleep for a long time. Now their resting time is similar to what we have. There are different phases: REM and a deep phase.

Baby’s activity is much higher🔥 Now your child can get interested in everything around them. They can even try to reach interesting things and toys near them.
⠀
How can you deal with your baby’s sleep crisis?⬇️
⠀
💫Keep calm. It’s temporary and will last not more than 2-4 weeks.
💫Try feeding on demand. That will calm them.
💫Monitor baby’s tiredness and put them to bed in case of exhaustion.
💫Remember about bedtime rituals e.g. bathing, massage, feeding.

Of course, don’t forget about a nice bedding set and some accessories for your baby. They will make their life more comfortable and cosy.

Parents often notice their children like sleeping on their tummies. It may be just comfortable for them. Both children and adults can identify the most comfortable sleeping positions for them. However, moms can worry about this type of sleeping 🙌🏻

What are the advantages of sleeping on your stomach?🔽

✅This position prevents milk getting into lungs.
It helps to forget about stomach cramps, which can be an annoying problem for both babies and parents.
✅ Neck and back muscles get stronger. A baby develops faster than other children of the same age.
✅ The chances of cranial deformation become minimal, as opposed to permanent sleeping on the back or on the side.
✅ Hip joints become stronger.

What should you do?
