I’m long overdue for a fitness & health journey update…
From September to today, I’m officially 30 pounds down 🤭🥳
It wasn’t easy getting started. Staying consistent wasn’t easy either. There were days I didn’t feel motivated. But I kept showing up for myself anyway.
This has become more than weight loss — it’s a lifestyle change. And when done right, it’s one of the most fulfilling commitments you can make to yourself.
We only get one shot at this thing called life. Part of making it the best it can be is choosing health, choosing longevity, and choosing YOU.
