Throwback Thursday!

We always love looking back at how far we've come during our birthday month. In 2017 we moved into our unit at . 9 years later and we've truly made it home with 2 washers and dryers, shelves, and a GIANT table for folding diapers. We are so grateful for this amazing community we get to be a part of!

Happy 13th Birthday, Green Diaper Babies! 🥳🥳🥳

This year Green Diaper Babies is officially a teenager - 13!!! But we promise not to become angsty and moody like most teenagers (or three-nagers…) 😉 Wow, that means our first cloth-diapered babies are now teenagers, too! What a wild thought.

What are some highlights we’d like to celebrate from this last year?

🎉Celebrating over 3 million diapers saved from landfills!!!

🎉61 new babies and families joining the Green Diaper Babies community 💚

🎉Hosting tables at 5 new events we’ve never done before this - we loved connecting with some of our future-families in person!

August is always a special month for us to look back at how far we’ve come. From just a couple families, deliveries on bikes, and washing diapers in laundry mats - to now our own warehouse space, delivery van, committed team members, and wonderful families all around the Chicago area. Seriously, what more could a small business ask for?

To all our families who are diapering with us now and in the last 13 years: THANK YOU! You make our dreams come true. Your baby contributed thousands to those 3 million diapers diverted from the trash. We couldn’t do this without you. We’re so grateful you trust us as your diaper service. Here’s to another year of cloth diapering!

If you use prefolds as your diapers, once your baby begins having more solid poops, try out the tri-fold. Simply make a pad out of the diaper and place it in the cover. You can pre stuff covers and its an easy way to continue cloth diapering as they get older and more wiggly!
